For anyone watching this after updating BIOS the last 2 week or after this (to microcode 0x125 or 0x129), SVID Behavior is now set to Intel's failsafe as default. Change this to auto for this to work. If your CB23 scores are low after doing this, you have core stretching. Either disable IA CEP or match IA AC/DC manually to prevent this.

Maybe its time to change the channel name to rtx4090? Lol you should be able to change the name? Also this game shows you that in some areas older games looked better. Like the road, the cracks everything imo no new game beats it. Idk what direction they have gone. Yes they made peoppe and things closer in frame look better but actual objects, buildings, roads etc all look softer and not as 3 dimmensional. The gact rhat devs coupd make a game like this back then shows how much worse devs are now. They are more lazy, the dont go around clesning the areas up or smoothening areas as much. They dont try and dial in the lines which would further make things pop. They rely on anti aliaising to do everything and it truely sucks ass. Look at console? Ine game stands out or 2 one is spiderman those devs did great with buildings and areas. Its pioe they built that on a console that was 3x less powerful then a 4080 super. Yet pc games not a single one except fro alan wake which imo just matches it but none actually beat it. Spiderman on pc is insanely good. But my point is devs should do that and actually take there time. Then again the heads there im sure are pushing devs way to hard way to fast for results. I have high high hopes for gta6 its taken so long to make and i have a feeling it will have what im talking about and finally see what a true game design can be and again whats crazier is its still built on the console level then ported to pc. Yet it will probably still look a good bit better then other true pc games. Cant wait for the where consoles dont hold us back and we see insane results for pure pc and or next gen consoles. If we notice thats when things chnage after each new console launch. All of these flaws we see came from after last generations console launches. So im hoping the next one we start seeing that super clean crispy 3 dimmensional look again. We still do at times just not as often. I do think its crazy how the difference between gakes can be so massive. Crazy how the look and 3 dimmensionality can change so much. You look at one game and go ok thats really nice but some flaws then you look at another game and go wait how can this be the same hardware haha.

Did you undervolt your gpu to achieve such low wattage consumption?

13700k did 29000 with default intel settings on r23, but this setup ran 10c cooler and did 29700 with the undervolt. It pulled almost 20c temps out of games due to this being more of a smaller case. Thanks for the help!
