Yep. It's a fun and versatile little aircraft. It's got a GNS and autopilot, so it's a bit easier to handle on longer flights than the Icon A5, but with all of the landing flexibility.

I would highly recommend it! The 110 does not get enough love. It's probably my favorite mid-capacity plane in the sim. Systems aren't too complicated, so it's easy to get going. It's got good speed and is really stable on approach due to the twin engines. And I love this era of avionics, with the old school gauges paired with a GNS. Definitely a flexible and fun little ride!

@@TazziedoesWT Those are definitely a couple of great planes for the wishlist! The 146 is awesome. Much closer to study-level than the EMB 110. It takes a bit more work to get going, but super satisfying to fly. Good luck with the Black Friday sales! Hopefully the discounts are steep enough to pick up both!

@ thats my biggest problem with the FSS 190F, i want to fly it, but i know im spending 20 minutes on the ground setting it up haha. 110 i’ll have to get then, and then the beautiful 146. If lucky, Fokker 100 by start of next year!

@@TazziedoesWT haha. Yeah, the 146 will import the route from the sim, which saves a bit of time with the FMS. Still a bunch of buttons and switches to deal with, though. How is the 190? I've been looking for a decent ERJ 175 for a while, but wasn't sure if the early access product was worth it.

Yep, always a good time in the Alps, although the MSFS ATC gets a little confused when you are IFR over the peaks. Sometimes they like to load you up with back to back to back ALT changes. Good times!

Yeah, the Twin Beech wants to float. I'm not much better with the DC-3, though. haha. I'm much more comfortable with a nose wheel than a tail wheel.

@@PenguinOrMonkey I agree with you as far as preferring a nose wheel, but that said I just bought the Flying Iron 190 this morning. Flying the Spit gave me the skills and confidence to handle tail draggers on the ground.

@@FlightSimVRDad Nice! That plane looks super cool. I have the FlyingIron Hellcat, and it's definitely more wild than the Lightning. I always feel like I'm out of control in the near the ground. Definitely going to have to pick up the 190! How does it fly?

haha. Yeah, I always seem to bounce it when I've got a tail wheel. I use the Honeycomb Alpha for my yoke, which is great, and the Logitech pedals for my rudder, which are not so great.

@@PenguinOrMonkey I recommend getting the Turtle beach pedals, I use them and they feel just like a real plane (I’m a pilot)

@@PenguinOrMonkey I have been getting up at 4:30 for years and now I’m retired and still wake up around the same time. It nice to not have to set the alarm anymore though.

@@FlightSimVRDad Yep. I'm still a working guy, but I've got the same kind of internal clock. Doesn't matter if I'm on vacation or have a day off, I'm going to be up by 6:30. That's kind of annoying sometimes, but I do not miss having to use an alarm to get up.

It can, but it's probably not recommended. The Hangar Studios manual says flaps and gear at 104 KTS and full flaps stall speed is 54 KTS, so I was definitely coming in a little hot.

@@PenguinOrMonkey I was gonna say final would be like 75-80kts and touch down around 70kts. Great flying though! Can you do a video from KSTC - Y49 one day?

I have not. When it came out I thought it was a little pricey for an interior overhaul, but I've seen some recent videos on their products that have me rethinking that stance. The TBM 850 looks super cool!

Yeah, it's a great little plane. I picked it as my starter plane in the NeoFly add-on, and it's been one of my favorites since then. Awesome little vehicle. Good for landing just about anywhere.
