I’m in love with coal blooded and browned out I have a hard time finding shades that pop and don’t just blend in with my natural skin tone 🫤so I’ll definitely be adding these to cart!

You could use the darker brown to line and the lighter brown to mute the hyper pigmentation before applying a lip color

I love the Elf Lip oils. On me I get the most colour payoff with the Rose Envy shade. Honey Talks is a nice nude too. I have light mauve coloured lips. Also, just a tip, the colour on the Elf oils show up a few seconds after you've applied it. My least favorite is the is the Nyx. The Milani Fruit Fetish lip oils are pretty good too.
