@@katmaranda2070 They are 3ds max populate charachters and rendered separatly with white light material and everthing else with black light material. You get the same with the rendermask script. The outline was added in post with AE.

Nice look, but.... The bevelled edges to the tables are impractical...and reduce usable space on the table. Doing something 'original' with the windows and side panels would be good, and even blending them into the roof and valence....(though ensuring ease of removal for Mx). Essentially this is just materials and finish on existing configuration and units.
Hi Neil, It's a few years old animation and the model that we used is even older. It was just a quick refurbishment project that we visualised for a design agency. We only received a few low-quality photos of the original interior that's all we used to model the space up. I'm not sure about the tables, unfortunately, we don't have the photos anymore but I'm 100% sure the model is not accurate. It only turned out when we used the model again for our jet configurator and the interior and exterior data didn't fit.

We used vray. Just render them separately with a self illum material and add an outline in AE.
just about 0:26secs the door is at same level as the light fixture, no way that door closes , just an observation
