Crazy how these drivers can hear this two tone audible alarm, yet everywhere else you need 4 different alternating alarms, air horn and powercall just to MAYBE get someones attention.
They hear and understand simply because the siren is only one and bi-tonal. It's made like this to use the doppler effect so you can understand from where the truck is coming. If it's getting closer or no. Having 2, 3,4,5 different sounds is totally messy and useless.

Wow. No, get out. This siren is proven to be better than wail sirens. A sudden change of pitch grabs attention much better than a gradual one.
