Responsiveness for me is the same with either input method. I haven't noticed any change in responsiveness with the last couple of updates. I'd try starting a thread on the steam discussion boards. Maybe someone else has been having the same problem?

@@deadon1dash1 Having done some testing on controller: seems to play okay once the binding bugs are mashed out of the system. Rebinding fire to dpad right a few times uhhhh game wat? Otherwise it works fairly well.

@@AronFigaro Yeah, it's pretty clear that the Dev isn't a controller person. Glad to hear it's working better for you. They have a controller update planned in the near future. Hopefully that'll smooth things out a bit.

@@deadon1dash1 the Dev isn't really a danmaku person period, the feedback that one of the core components of bullet hell being visibility is STILL falling on deaf ears.

Yes. I learned a few months ago when someone asked me if you could take it Wheel of Fortune out with Curse, and found out about the Shock/Lock strat while looking into it.

It's been a while since I've played but I think you just continue the fight without the new rules being added.

The way I understand it, Curse has a 50/50 chance of going off for each item or spell after that item or spell is activated. If Curse goes off, the Curse counter goes down by one. Lady Luck still has a curse on her after she gets Wheel Of Fortune off so I probably just had bad luck. Apparently if you can shock and lock her Wheel Of Fortune just gets replaced the next round, so I assume the same thing would happen here.

@@deadon1dash1 so, if you lucky enough, you can basically "softlock" her in the same turn for the rest of the fight?)

I think she still has her other attacks, but I haven't tried it.

The mole on the right of the screen at 00:04 fell two floors and got hit by the arrow trap that I later stand on at 00:20. This knocked it down to 1 HP, and it continued to burrow around that part of the map. I noticed the top of the Kali room and figured I'd pick up Poochi and the turkey for a quick "donation". As I entered the Altar room, the aforementioned mole got killed by another arrow trap and it's corpse fell straight down, knocking me out. I had enough forward momentum going that Manfred, Poochi, and the turkey all landed on the Kali Alter at the same time. If the impact with the Altar hadn't taken my last hit point, the Kapala would've spawned.

The Arrow Of Light does 10 damage to the player. Ask me how I know that.

Not only was I in the wrong spot for the catcher's mitt, I let out the 5th bomb out late enough that it knocked the first 4 over to the left.
