My sister went to WVU and I'll never forget how surreal the football game experience was, easily one of the best experiences of my life and singing this song in unison of a full stadium was epic. I may not have went there myself, but I'll always be a Mountaineers fan because of her.

This was my favorite song when I was a kid. I was 5 or 6 years old when it came out. In music class in elementary school, the music teacher would play 45 records. I begged and begged and begged my first grade teacher to bring the 45 record of Country Roads. I'll never forget.....the day she brought the record to music class, I was so excited, I jumped up and gave her a kiss on the cheek. Thanks Mrs. Smith.
