I"m Mike and I am an avid railfan and photographer. (Plus a railroad employee to boot). Just wanted to create a channel to share my railfan trips with everyone. Will also have Amtrak reports and other cool stuff as I add them. Thank you for watching.

Thanks for the memories. In September'92 I was at a convention in Anaheim. After a few days we skipped out and drove the rental car to Tehachapi loop. We followed the exit sign which brought us to the tunnel under the loop just as a Santa Fe Gp60 in warbonnet paint was coming out. We stopped and a friendly rail fan came to us and told us about a better view just down the road to the first wide spot.we could park and then walk up a little hill and see the whole loop. This must be where this video was made. It matches my photos. Trees look bigger now. Thank you.

That lime train goes by my house to Duke Energy so that the filters can be cleaned out with lime, not stone.
