Impressive, but 1: it changes the intro music which just destroys the feel of the game. 2: it adds a ton of motion blur, like most other graphics mods. It may look cinematic on youtube but in no game has motion blur been good for gameplay EVER. 3: traffic is now HEAVY and fast. Crash into one and you're done.

Do you have missing car parts problem? I always encounter this as soon as i enter "Debug" menu and view some cars. I only have ONE car mod in my game. If you solved that problem then may you please help me what should i do? Do i need limit adjuster tool? BTW I also tried enabling "ExpandMemoryPools" in both ExtOpts and Unlimiter but none of them fixed it.
