I'm in seventh grade and I can play this piece faster with fewer mistakes. The marked tempo is above 160! The pianist must hate every second of this.

Are you playing on a Cannonball, or is it just a different colored instrument? I'm just wondering because the Cannonball is a jazz horn, so it is an odd choice for playing classical on this horn, as you'd get better tone for classical on a more concert-style horn.

I'm learning this on Alto, and it's such a lovely piece. Thank you for posting this, it helps me get a better feel of the piece. Did you mean to play both sections so under tempo? If i was to give advice it would be to practise it with a metronome and work on getting it up to speed :) It sounds lovely. You have a nice tone :)
