I’ve been wishing for years I had a still about 9” tall so I could see into the top of tall cabinets I build when they are on the table. I finally built one using my Shapeoko cnc and my pocket hole machine. #shapeoko #router #woodworking #woodshop #stool #shoptools #plywooddesign #plywoodworking #diy #millwork

Looking forward to seeing the finished project
Looks great JJ. Will it be painted, stained or left natural.
@@billholland5466 thank you it will be stained
Yes, JJ!!
@@jamesmyers9880 thank you sir! I didn’t get to install it but it turned out great.
Turned out great!
@@Pondfanatic thank you. I didnt actually install it though.
How do you blow it out?
@@Pondfanatic great question. I use compressed air but I’m sure a shop vac on reverse would work too
So detailed and time consuming. I commend you for your patience.
@@jcamanmyers01 lol thank you it definitely tested me

Thank you it was fun to build!
Wish I was there to help
You’re welcome anytime
Rad video!! I want one of those
@@jcamanmyers01 I can make that happen at millworkpros.com
Looks great. Did you apply stain or white wash? Also, did you apply anything to hide the wood grain?
@@AdamDKim it ended up getting a clear coat on it. Customer wanted to see the grain of the wood
You go which ever way the sharp end is facin. Just like a table saw. U want to go head on with the teeth hittin the wood. That's why it doesn't chip out lol. If it's chippin alot ur not usin it right. Means ur going the wrong way
Love this job
Beautiful job 👍
Thank you
When routing that groove with the slot-cutting bit on the assembled door, weren't you routing in the "wrong" direction?
Yes I run the router backwards to avoid chipping.
Who was recording this Masterpiece?
Myself and the new guy Noah
Who put down the floor?
The homeowner had tile laid im not sure who did it
I love the music :)
It’s a good one! Thanks for commenting!
wow that's a big kitchen. it looks as beautiful as ever
Thanks sir!! It is a nice one. Nice people as customers too!
Awesome job
Thank you so much! Where are you from?
Routers are "tight"!
Yep. I do this on my shaper as well. Just be careful the router doesn't take off on you. Thanks for posting
agree! with a small bit not usually an issue but with larger bits it can get away from you. Thanks for watching
