Guys the videos are recorded good but PLEASE don't do edits. For exampIe, I saw some cuts during leg injury at begin; I know that for someone who watch can be boring but this are something that can happen in contact sports, have you ever seen cuts during a football live or soccer live or MMA live? No, so why here should be different? A match is recorded from the start to the end, no matter what happen. Btw congrats to all of you for the footage that you provide to us, keep going 💪🏻

I just subscribed. I did gymnastics from ages 4 to 18. I'm age 22 now. But at age 16 I got severely beat up by older athletes who held me in a full nelson and spent over 30 minutes taking turn punching the fuck out of my abs. I later wanted to learn to take hard punches and turned to Muay Thai and MMA fighters who trained to take hard punches. I learned a lot. I've always had extremely muscular abs from gymnastics as far back as I can remember. I took punches very well and it got me the idea to train to take hard punches. But I then saw fighters kicking legs and training their legs by kicking hard wood poles. I got very good at taking punches to my abs but decided that I'm a gymnast at heart and not a fighter. I trained with high school wrestlers after I got beat up and their coach saw my physique and tried to get me to join the wrestling team. I had fun but I'm not a fighter. I don't know why RUclips recommended your channel.

Jack has gotta work on his guard, he can't get any punches off cuz he telegraphs like crazy by constantly leaving his guard to throw punches. Everytime he goes to punch he drops the punch hand to his waist before throwing, which lets the opponent know what's coming, and it exposes your face way too much. Try sticking to a tighter guard, moving in, and rotating through then throwing the punch from the high guard. It's good against taller dudes. Also if you get a body triangle just camp there and hang out like a backpack, you shouldn't really give it up to try and get mount cuz it's really hard to get out of a triangle and you give them a chance to escape by transitioning to mount. Also Jack was doing a good ass job checking, he just has to turn his knee to the outside more so he doesn't eat it on the calf. btw do any of you guys train at an mma or boxing gym?

Damn you guys improved. Jack when you have his back and the rear naked choke won't work go for a armbar and if he kicks you in the leg pressure him stay right on him he's taller. If you're shorter then be a in fighter out won't work as good. But damn I was impressed by the body triangle good shit. And Ryan you're kicks are pretty damn good. Glad to see you guy's back
