I think this is my 4th times climbing up Mikami mountain. But, using this route for the first time. 😅😜
The weather was so good, we have humans traffic jam up hill. The path is getting tougher & narrow while climbing up. There's an oldest man at age 77yrs old having a strong determination trying his best to complete the whole journey. And, he made it!! Amazing with his strength!

This is my 3rd time watching this Festival of the Ages - 時代祭 . But this time, I enjoyed differently. Instead of just watching in crowds, I managed to go nearer to them. Thanks to the local old ppl who I was joining them the walking trip. 💪🏽🤟🏽🥰😘 Japanese old ppl are so strong. They can walk long distances! The Kyoto Imperial palace is so spacious. You will be tired from walking one end to the other. 😅 Entrance fee is free and please do spent some quiet time to enjoy the beauty when U r in Kyoto. A very Imperial ZEN place to enjoy. 🥰😍😘🤟🏽 #kyoto #japaneseculture

Sometimes it just by lucky that we could have a comfortable walk in the bamboo forest without much crowds. Maybe try during lunch time. Coming to kyoto, you guys need a pair of strong legs! Lots of walking places and we hv already walked at least 20 thousand steps on the 1st day. 💪🏽😅🥰 Nijo-Jo castle, Kinkakuji Temple, Kiyomizu Temple & Yasaka Shrine.
