soft left ankle anterior tilt of pelvis causes energy loss
Mauvaise position de la tête en phase du lancement du javelot: elle doit être légèrement courbe vers le bas.
il a un RP de 91m59... apparemment, ça a marché pour lui en tout cas
useless video not showing the distance. fail.
50 years ago Randy Matson threw 65 feet standing....I saw him do this in1966 at the Fresno Relays...Perry Obrien's eyes were as big as pie plates as he knew his time had ended.
Thanks for sharing.
Hello, Does this software recognize body parts automatically or is it manual? Where do I find information about it? thank you

Can use kinect from xbox 360?
No, unfortunately it requires the Kinect v2
Don Babbit?
Pitkamaki?
Do you do any finger movement at the end? I sometimes feel like i add speed and spin to the disc but is like just spins softly in the air instead of going further
how do you keep the right foot straight ahead during the second to last step? mine is always facing sideways.
i love to see this vedio gr8 technique especillly floaty hats offf man !!!!!!!!!!!

UCLA
2k yes lol
lol I wore gloves to protect my hands doing 500-1,000 throws a day
that day was 180's simple drills in Dec 03'
wow
He left em in the. Dust!!! That's what's up...
who ever disliked this can throw 218 feet i suppose
what is the random dude doing in the vid xD
Her left arm needs a lot of work. Leave that bad boy out so your block can have some aggression to it. It should come around and out at the finish, not stay in all the way through.
@morganyoungjavelin .... um i dont know what county u were coming from..but 38.40 at 13 really isnt that good...
@desembodic This particular stand throw (from what I've heard) was between 64m and 65m.
check your final right foot contact
ol Reese must throw a great right hook
nice throw
random vid!!! This guy throws nothing like Jan or Guillermo! But loving the halle footage
I'am 14 years I throw official 42.85 and throw training 46.51.. javelin throw is cool ..
Carl you got such a nice and smooth rhythm.....
@MrApi8anoss Because he issn't, it's magnesium
Thork keeps his left shoulder up and blocks with his entire left side as a whole, is relaxed, more distance covered in cross overs, he leads with his hips, holds his right side back longer = farther throw. The two are not the same accept for you trying to mimic him. But you should know that there are a great many things that he doesn't do correct. He is not the best technical model to compare to.
What kind of shoes are these?
is this at UCLA? looks like it
Yes it is
@jbstarkey lol goku doing his special attack. watch dragonballz z
great stuff, I have use this type of technique with the left leg thrust backwards with the same issue of it rising to high. I will use the bent leg to try and eliminate it.
zelezny uses a rotational throwing technique that is too technical to emulate off of simply watching a video. Thork wraps the tale of his jav a little, but his delivery is still much more linear and "textbook" in nature
Way to often coaches place way to much emphasis on the standing throw for spinners. Once he stand is mastered then it should only be used with heavy balls in August-December of the training year. After that, the importance should fall to the half-turn and stands should only be used to warm-up the arm. During the rotation u are always turning into a stand throw so whatever throwing you do it should always be with a turning motion. The glide is linear, the spin is rotational. Train accordingly!
jesus. look how fast his arm is
pretty diffrent, speermaci doesnt glide, and moves sideways more.
Yea how can you be slow if you are going to throw far?
i still cant get the meaning of lower float and wide stride that allows you to throw further.. so now i know why my throws are close under 45meters.. btw im not a thrower i just practised for 3-4 moths, any help will be greatly appreciate.
thats a 2k
yep yep! beautiful track to!
No, the guy in the red shirt is Jarkko Haukijärvi from Finland.
haha. yeah. training for it. throwing around 42m now 2kg. hope can throw around 50m soon~~~
HOLY COW!!! I guess that explains why he won so many Titles. What about you, do you do any throwing?
2kg! serious. amazing
are you serious? with the 2k discus or a lighter one?
all that throwing in the backround doesnt help. u cant hear key info lol
