It is a 4 song EP called "modern citizen" and can be found on discogs. Recorded in Dallas/Texas in 1988.

This song sounds maybe like it could fall into the category of AOR, though it's really hard to tell since it's theorized the song may have even been speed up. This was my band. Original band name was Eleventh Hour. This was our ep from 1992. Sounds a little faster than the original release. Kevin Richards - Lead Vocals (me) John Ayres - Guitars Vern Nickerson - Bass Andy DiJusto - Drums All songs written by me. Nice to see its surviving somewhere out there.

The guys were still amazing at that time, but the lack of a good producer. I think that if the were hired by some major record company back then they would be achieve greater success such Europe did.
