Chuck Berry, in my opinion, was the Father of Rock and Roll. Without him, there would be no Rock and Roll. Every Rock band in the 60s, 70s and 80s was influenced by Chuck Berry. Have you ever seen Back to the Future? There is a HUGE reference to Chuck Berry in there.

Ace....this was 1977...nobody had PHONES....they were just there to appreciate the music. They were a whole....not a bunch of separate "content creators." It is very sad that this sort of experience is forever dead because of a 5x7 "device" that people cling to instead of reality.

It’s so sad that we no longer have great bands with great music and talent today like we did back in 50’s, 60’s and 70’s, even the 80’s and some 90’s. I’m sure there’s talent out there, but the music industry doesn’t seek them out. They all turn to the satanic music or the rap with vile language etc. There’s so much satanic symbolisms in their live performances, it’s sickening. If everyone stopped listening to it, they’d stop pushing it out there. Sadly the younger generations seem to like it.
