Yesterday in the countryside where I lived the rain moved on and I had the great idea of walking in the nature with this theme in my ears. I really felt so much like Beatrix in this scene.

This theme is so nostalgic and relaxing, it really transmit the vibe of country side life when technology was only a dream and maybe life was more simpler

King Kong me sigue pareciendo un de las historias mas trágicas de la historia de el cine pues King Kong es una criatura que fue despojado de su hábitat natural para ser usando cómo un mero producto de espectáculo y al final Kong acaba muriendo por la arrogancia de el ser humano y si bien no me quiero poner en un plan de el moralista que se siente superior pues a mi no me gusta eso ya que al final no podemos negar que está en la naturaleza de el ser humano ser muy destructivo pues queramos o no todo es una cadena ya que el ser humano también necesita sustentar su calidad de vida de su entorno y eso incluye de animales y vegetación así que ningún ser humano está exento de cometer un acto contra la naturaleza ya sea de forma directa o asta indirecta pero lo hacemos y con ésto no estoy diciendo que el ser humano deba ser cruel con la naturaleza pues creo que también se puede ser empático con está misma aunque aveces éso signifique atravesar esa barrera natural pues cómo dije antes el ser humano también necesita sobrevivir hora aclarado éso simplemente creo que King Kong es un historia que nos invita a reflexionar sobre que no podemos alterar el curso de las cosas pues al final estás criaturas son eso serés de la naturaleza que no tienen la culpa de ser lo que son y actúan por instinto y además son más salvajes y son seres que al igual que nosotros también sienten y creo que hay veces que es mejor dejarlos en paz y no romper esa ley natural.

This give me a calming feeling. Taking me back to simple times and simple shows like The World of Peter Rabbit, Dot and the Kangaroo, Five Children and It and Puddle Lane. Childish Innocence.

It's cute to see Peter drink the tea left over after Beatrix leaves to mail the letter.

I was born in 1995. My family lived in Belgium when I was a toddler, so I was exposed to some British tellie - this show included (as well as Wallace and Gromit and the UK Teletubbies). This song apparently made me almost cry every time I heard it. I can hear why! It's very melancholy, especially for a children's show.

So much nostalgia for this. I'm 34 years old now, and this was the most beautiful and melancholy way to end a TV show. Thanks to the makers wherever they may be for making such a wonderful and moving adaptation of Beatrix Potter's work, and for paying attention to little things like the end credits.

My parents recorded three episodes of this series on vhs for me when I was little, and I remember watching it over and over! Whenever I hear this song I feel all the warmth, all the safety and all the love I had back then. It perfectly catches the atmosphere after a midday shower, and the joy when the sky clears up and you get to go for a lovely walk with your parents ❤
