I just witnessed a homeless man defecate against a car bumper in Downtown Miami. Its worst walking in the area because you have to hop scotch.

I lost all my sympathy for homeless people! They made those choices! We have a very bad problem here in Austin, the city has poured MILLIONS of dollars and nothing has changed! Its worse! Sick of it!
