Into the Woods 2019 - MY REVIEW!
“Into the Woods” is a musical written by James Lapine with music and lyrics by Stephen Sondheim. It debuted at the Old Globe Theater in San Diego, CA in 1986. I do not claim ownership of this property or any property associated with the musical. I am also not affiliated with the Hollywood Bowl or the Los Angeles Philharmonic.
This production was directed and choreographed by Robert Longbottom and conducted by Kevin Stites. It was performed for three nights consecutively: July 26-July 28 of 2019. I attended, and am commenting on, the performance that took place on Sunday the 28th. The orchestra consisted of members of the Los Angeles Philharmonic. Notable cast members include Sutton Foster...

I grew up right where this happened in Ringgold GA. I've been to the place where it ended many times.
No brakes on these trains to slow down or stop you had to reverse the engine and get the wheels spinning in the direction you wanted to go and wait for the train to slow and beginning going that way.
When these spies were caught they should've ALL been executed.
They did not bother turn the train around, because steam engines are "direct drive"; no transmission. They go as fast, in reverse.

This is an amazing story that could've ended the civil war. If I was apart of this raid I would've recommended bringing dynamite so we could blow up the bridge instead of slowly burning it

I've actually met the composer a number of times and he was my clinician at All-State one year! Great dude.
@@unidentifiedflyinghuman586 I understand that when she was burning wood the General could travel 33 miles per cord of firewood I understand her tender could carry three and a half cords of wood at the time of the Andrews raid
