Mark Twain famously said courage is resistance to fear, mastery of fear not the absence of fear.
So feel the fear but do it anyway

In this interview myself and Lucy shares are thoughts, insights and tools to help you to equip your teenagers to make informed decisions when they are abroad on holidays. but not only that to let them know that you are always at the end of a phone line if they need help. it's important to be open and honest with these young adults about the potential dangers when they don't have a support network around them. It's equally important for young people in a group to have ground rules within the group so that no one is ever let alone and unaccounted for. We also discuss practical tips that are easy to implement.

Fractions consistently cause problems for many adults and children. I recorded this video for one of my students who couldn't get to me today it may be helpful for others too. The secret to understanding fractions is to understand the words used. Once you have a clear picture in your head of what the words mean then you can start to master fractions.
