Now, about boarding schools - we believe that, ironically, the key is EDUCATION. How can we help this information reach the decision makers in schools so that they can become more aware and take action? Our first course of action, as dental health professionals, is to make this information available to the public through easy-access platforms like this channel. To follow up, we could explore options like doing seminars or workshops in schools to enlighten both children and their caregivers - however, this is something that will take a bit of time. So what can we do NOW? Right now, we can only implore YOU to help us get the message out there - it helps a lot when you share these videos with friends, family or colleagues in order to build awareness. We believe, the beginning of doing better is knowing better, but there's only so much we can do ALONE when it comes to expanding the content's reach. It's only through a unified vision that WE as a community can start to make change happen - educate one to educate another. Prevention therefore becomes difficult (nearly impossible) and the only way to go about it is helping the child to stop when you notice they've started. ​@@tendercaredentaljust about everything you can think of. I've been noticing more and more people who either have no teeth, or they're all broken. So they need implants, bridges or dentures. This should be covered under medical, because an infection can move to your heart and kill you. And forget about medical from a job. Normally they only cover up to $1k per year. You could probably get a cleaning for that. I wish our system was better😢😢
