Why are they now just using actors? It spoils the whole premise!
I assume because it makes the production cost much cheaper but they don’t give us scripts. It’s all improvisation.

@@SireneKalypsoyes they used us as actors but it was still improvisation. We don’t use a script. They give us the characters and we have to make it happen.

Start with the big reps at the Beginnning until you cant do heset anymore and than do the partial ones until failiure (also moch slower movement than in the Video)

It was a burn out set brother. Wasn’t too focused on the proper form but I’ll keep it in mind on my actual sets for next time.

It’s a type of exercise called 21s. You should look it up before you comment brother.

@@elijahbrownenthe means when doing the lower part of the curl you should be bending at the elbow rather than just rotating your shoulder

@@bradwilliams7388 all good brother but keep in mind some exercisers aren’t meant for exact form all the time. This is a burnout so you want the quick rep which helps with the burn. That’s what the first reps were for in the beginning of the video.
@@elijahbrownent if you intentionally keep your elbows slightly in front of your stomach, or at the very least, don't let your elbows go behind your body, you'll unlock a new level of pump a lot quicker.
