If you have a strong heart, invest... there will be strange drops and rises. But it has enormous potential, though you need to have nerves of steel. As long as Bitcoin dominance is above 55%, it will be hard to withstand TAO's fluctuations.
One of my top concerns is that it’s so difficult to find information on how to start mining if you have no computer experience.
I tried mining on Masa Subnet and lost 0.5 TAO 😢😢😢

Love all your videos! You reminded me of the good old days of bots on RuneScape and WoW farming for gold, I was never involved myself but I remember it being an epidemic at the time haha. Do you have any advice on what the safest way to stake TAO is? I’m not sure if there’s any cold storage staking options or if mobile staking is safer than desktop staking ect?
Thanks! For now you can store via the regular browser wallet, but I'm making a future video on the safest way to stake from an airgapped/coldstorage wallet. Hopefully it'll be out in the next month or two.

The only coins I can think of are Kaspa and maybe Bitcoin. Kaspa is not a competitor of Bittensor though. I have both Kaspa and Bittensor. Fair Launch is one of the most important criteria for me too. Good Video btw.

AI should be able to outgenious any human pretty soon. If bittensor is a commodity producing machine then what role do humans have in society? Do we go back to just food production? Or will BT allow us to finally accelerate space travel and life longevity? Also would tao replace BTC and eth?
@@TioYeya Good questions! BTC and ETH aren't going anywhere anytime soon. Humans still have to run the miners, though maybe far enough in the future AI will do that too. Hard to predict, but I'd rather have decentralized AI than centralized.
If a tao is minted every 12 secs and there are 21m. What happens after 8 years when all tao is out? Where will the incentive come from? Does tao not have a sliding difficulty scale like BTC?

Hah, not that much, only a couple at a time, in retrospect, I probably actually used bitcoin as money more than most people back then. The lessons I learned are worth more than what those bitcoins would be worth today if I had just held.

If I’m combining my assumptions then TAO could become the largest employer worldwide? What’s the easiest way to put any content on TAO in order to receive TAO as reward back?
Long-term, you could be right. Longer-term, I envision miners as companies with employees. Or we may have subnets with many, many miner slots with incentive mechanisms that reward almost anyone. Very hard to see the future, it's like trying to predict what will happen with the internet in the 90s. In the 90s we thought that streaming video on the internet was impossible. You can't put "content" on bittensor. At least there's no subnet that pays for content.... yet. But you could look at the various subnets and their descriptions on subnetalpha.ai . Most are highly technical, but there are a few that are simpler.
