You can set the OPENAI API key as a bot variable, then you make a simple fetch call to the API and return the value from the response. If you pass the "curl" command to Chatgpt it should help you write the code necessary to do that: platform.openai.com/docs/api-reference/chat?lang=curl

Claro, es totalmente posible. Si estás usando asistentes de OpenAI, necesitas habilitar 2 funciones/tools para tu asistente. Una para verificar la disponibilidad en un rango de fechas determinado, y otra para realizar la reserva. You'd have to have a separate auth stage, usually using OAuth, to identify who the user within YOUR app is who is using that gpt

@@show-me-the-data I generated a specific keyword for the user of my platform and instructed the agent to require this keyword, which is passed as a parameter in the action request. It worked very well.

Ah I think I see what's happening. One of the variables used in the response is essentially outputting "the last message" (event.preview) cause it assumes the bot successfully responds to the user utterance. If something goes wrong with the API call for some reason, you would see this behaviour, for example if the OpenAI API is down for some time... I could improve the design for a future iteration

They really can't do that securely right now. The best you can do is use OAuth if your end system supports it. Most mature applications do. If you don't k ow what OAuth is , it's that same screen that pops up that asks you if you want to give an app permission to get access to your account and see/do stuff. Super common
