I predict Chinese EV's coming to America not as complete units. They will be missing just enough 'things' to convert it from a usable device to an incomplete assembly. This will avoid all those pesky tariff costs. This was the way back in the day. Every import was doing it. American final-assembly factories installed the tires and placed the 'Made in America' stamp on it then out the door it went to your local brick and mortar dealership. I also no longer predict dealerships being anything more than pick-up / charging & scheduled maintenance depots. Internet sales... No more high pressure salesmen; they will have to divert their tactics to Time Shares...
