We are the Stelbots. Join us and our mascot, A. Ham, as we travel the world in search of adventure. We're currently part-time RVers, doing weekend getaways and summer road trips, with the occasional international holiday sprinkled in. Hi! We are looking at staying here and your video was helpful to get an idea of the size of the campground. We were originally looking at the meadow cottages but they may be a little too far from the main attractions for our liking. The small "camping cabins" might be better for us since they are more centrally located (plus a slight price improvement). If you remember these, I would love to hear your thoughts. These don't have a shower so we'd use the public showers. Did you happen to check those out? Thanks in advance!
They were renovating one section of the cabins when we were there, but unfortunately I don't remember which section.

I think we were on the 3rd floor. The street is noisy if you have the balcony doors open. But if they are closed you don't really hear the traffic (except for ambulance sirens etc.)

boy has Greece changed in the last fifty years. Knossos grew from nothing to a complete "West World" adventure. If I were visiting again, the last thing I would do is watch a lady make dolmati. Who needs a lecture about preparation. Greek food is pretty straightforward. Greek history is pretty straightforward. We don't know, but we are great at making up what could have been. When the tour guide says, "Follow me", take a hard left, lose the crowds, walk down a side street, and pick a family-owned restaurant. Be friendly. The Greeks will welcome you and make your dinner a memorable event. tavernas serve food family style. so, order one olives, one tzatziki, one octopus in oil, and one Hors d oeuvres. No one will rush you and your tired feet will thank you. On your way back to the hotel drop by a cafe for coffee and a pastry. Don't let the world pass you by. A leisurely outdoor lunch or dinner could be the highlight of your visit.

I stayed there in the spring of’22. A lot of the sites were under water. If it rains much, it doesn’t drain well.
