late upload have been busy with school recently. over a month late :/
maybe it's ironic that i went to visit some top-level colleges as a tourist and not having to deal with stress and grades, but now that i'm back home, i feel just as busy as an ivy league student.
reflection:
my final day! scheduled my flight to be late at night so i would have an extra day to explore. at this point, i've seen most of boston, but since i didn't end up going to the main public library my first day, i thought i had to visit on the last day. it's actually unfortunate that i didn't go earlier because it was much nicer than i expected. but i had a great final day. i got to try a creative dessert at a bakery, e...

Thanks for watching! Yes I did walk to all the places I showed, but it might not have been the best idea… it was a lot of walking! There are buses and cheap taxis, but I wasn’t too confident in my skills to navigate them and didn’t research ahead of time, but I recommend researching those instead. I stayed in the neighborhood of Racine in Casablanca

Hello!! I just got accepted and I have some questions. 1. How is the food? 2. How do u choose your dorm buddie? 3. Did you bring your own laptop,notebooks, school supplies, etc? 4. How often do you have free time? 5. How do you meet new friends? Sorry for all these questions :,) have a nice day ^u^
Congrats on getting in!! 1. Food is alright I'd still bring some (a lot? Not too much tho) snacks and water. Highly recommend a reusable water bottle to fill up for each day. 2. Didn't get to choose my dorm roommate but that's part of the experience!! Meeting and living with new people :) 3. I did bring my own laptop but I didn't use it during class since my classes were mostly no electronics allowed. Mostly used my Chromebook for non gov-school stuff, streaming shows, etc. I also brought school supplies and notebooks but was kinda over prepared at least for my classes. Honestly depends lol 4. free time would depend but there should be enough. 5. Meet new friends by stepping out :) I went in knowing no one and left with many new friends that I still meet up with today when possible. Everyone is very nice (you'd be surprised how nice. I certainly was) and is in the same situation... Some will initiate conversation, some might not which is when u can try to initiate :) Very long reply thanks for reading and good luck!!

Congrats on getting in!! at high point, we had washing machines so I only had to bring enough clothes for a week. maybe bring some snacks and water bottle? I'm sure as gov school approaches, they might send a list of things to bring, but really I like to think of it as a mix of what you normally would bring to school and vacation 😂
@@danielxsure ah i see, thank you ! they relocated the west to i think Winston-Salem State University so it may change the items but i talked to my counsler and she said that they would send stuff to bring later once they have the people who were accepted affirmed their decision and money etc
