Pls how much is it I need one

Can i transmit my cpu display to a vga monitor in another room. My cpu has usb 2.0 port. If i use any hdmi converter, will it support and transmit? Similarly, my monitor only has vga port. Again if i use vga to hdmi converter, will it be able to recieve it? If you have a lab and could test and confirm it, it would really be helpful.

Is it stereo? Have you tested it for stereo sound?. I had other brand of receiver and it is just a mono sound it just like only one output and just connected both left and right speaker in parallel.
