Official Trailer EXHIBITION ON SCREEN Season 7
I loved you in Orca. Nice to meet you ✌🏾💥
Well believe me or not I didn't know who you were.
Such cool drawings ✨
Hello from Haverhill!
As a point of interest, the National Westminster Bank UK went out of its way to collude with an American company to destroy my life as then was. Since most of the banks use all our money to rip off the Third World, the concept of service has a very thin meaning indeed.
RIP Roy Hudd. I see you at Bournemouth Winter Gardens Theatre in 1974 at the Lulu Show with my family on Holiday from London.. I was only 13 but remember what a great show you put on, very entertaining and funny. You came down into the audience and was right next to me, level with our Isle, wearing a sky blue blazer. I hadn't seen many famous people in real life at that time, so thought it was fascinating seeing someone off the telly up close. Thank you for a really good memory, and entertaining everyone all these years, even showing you were a good actor too in Corrie. And keeping music hall history alive. Thank you and goodnight. x
RIP Mr Hudd
Beautiful visuals, will you be in Los Angeles?
I wasn't impressed. For me it didn't work theatrically. More than half the play is "This happened by John jumping out the window; and then Phil painted that window. It breaks one of the cardinal rules of dramatic writing -- act out the action RATHER than just NARRATING it. And all that banking stuff, the derivatives swaps, the numbers, etc. - BORING!! The musical, THE ROTHSCHILDS, was a lot more entertaining than this over-rated play. And Mendes was so desperate to make it work that he created this totally COLD, STERILE set which - oh, whoopy! - REVOLVES a hundred times. BIG DEAL. The play just went on too long. I should've asked for my money back.
If you didn't respond, it merely indicates your paucity of imagination, because the whole thrust of this drama depends very strongly on what the audience brings to it. (Which is why The Globe plus WS worked better than 19C elaboration under a proscenium arch).
@@rosemaryallen2128 BALONEY, honey. That revolving cube must've knocked you off-balance. Who are you to decry another's capabilities and gifts? You're such a SUCKER for pseudo-intellectualism. "What the audience brings to it" Please. DON'T MAKE ME LAUGH. If they want me to bring more to it, they'll have to pay me more -- not me pay to see them. Globe, WS - I don't know what you're talking about.
I saw the Lehman Trilogy yesterday as it was broadcast live from the National Theatre in London. To say it was incredible would be an understatement. The show is epic in not only its storyline, but how the story is told by three actors with the most talent that I've ever seen on stage. They tell the story fluidly shifting between third person and first person narrative with all three actors taking on the form of various characters throughtout the play. The set design was simple yet so effective, the music took on a character of its own, and if I had to choose one word to sum it up, this play is Shakespearean. While long (it is a 4 hour play), it moves fast grabbing and holding one captive within its first few minutes. If you enjoy theatre, this is an absolute must see, and what better way to see it than at a cinema close to home, being affordable ($25) and filmed in such a way as to give you the best seats in the house. I hope to see it again as it will show three more times, all in August, specifically August 1st, 15th and 24th.
