Hi Maureen. Just discovered your site. Very well done! We're still missing Harvard after all these years, and looking back it was absolutely the best place for raising our daughters. So many great memories from that community and the surrounding areas. We are in Franklin now (long story, as it was originally a temporary stop after returning from 7+ yrs in Cape Elizabeth, Maine) and working out of Cambridge and home. Not sure if we could even afford to move back, but maybe the fall-off in valuations that is underway will present some new options. All the best in your business. Anyone considering real estate opportunities west of Boston would be incredibly fortunate to have you on their team. Btw, this is a really nice house. I know this area well. Beautiful property, though I really tire of lenses that stretch rooms out disproportionately making it impossible to grasp the true scale of a room. It’s such a misleading, misrepresentation in the real estate business. I can understand that it’s hard to capture the overall area on camera, but what a disappointment it must be when clients view a home where the rooms looked so much longer/ larger online than they truly are. I’d much rather see rooms true to scale when viewing a home online. Then I’d know whether it’s truly going to suit my needs and lifestyle without wasting my time or the realtors time.
