No its only superficial- The other stuff is not mentioned like the shunning that they are taught to do. Like say if a publisher discovers it is not the truth and leaves he is disfellowshipped which means he is to be shunned by all other witnesses including his own family and without even any questions on their part and if they did they would be disfellowshipped as well
