You are OK. Even when you don't think so. I relate to you.
All the videos I've seen so far basically say this disorder is caused by drugs/alcohol. I suffer from this and I have had it since way before I was even old enough to consider those things. It makes it seem like it is a self inflicted disorder. I'm very confused.
I have this, and It's very scary. During episodes clutch on to an object, I'm new as well. It sucks.
