Stephen Zimmerman was one of the top players in the 2015 recruiting class out of Bishop Gorman in Las Vegas. He stayed close to home and went to UNLV for college, where he was alright. His potential made him a second round pick for the Magic in 2016. He was a white stiff however and was out of the NBA after his rookie year. He went on to play in the G League and overseas. Currently, he is averaging a double-double in the second division of the B. League in Japan. Good for him if he loves the game.

Brandon Rush’s time as an NBA player was coming to a close when he was a Timberwolves in 2016-17. He signed a 1 year deal with them after being a valuable bench piece for the 73-9 Warriors. He started out the season in the Thibodeau Doghouse until he was thrust into the starting lineup after Zach Lavine tore his ACL. He was mainly unproductive though as he averaged only 7 points per 36 minutes on 37% shooting from the floor. He was more or less a replaceable 3&D wing. He is an NBA champion though and made almost 23 million dollars playing in the NBA.
