It doesnt show the xbox 360 controller in settings. All we are getting is keyboard and wireless controller which keeps going back to keyboard. The PS4 controller doesnt not work.

These tips did not work for me. I hope they help others. I checked and unchecked boxes and finally just tried recreating my items which finally worked. I never changed settings on the originals so I suppose it has something to do with it being published in the pop up store originally. I don't know. Good luck everyone.

It still isn't working for me. I don't even have the same format as him. Mine is different. When I put it on hidden it still will say publishing error when its done. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP MEEEEEE!!!!

I fixed mine by selecting the correct shipping profile. I had it on automictically instead of going through the list and picking the correct one for the listing on Printify.

Doesnt work anymore, the page has changed, you can't untick anything, and there is no shipping profile tickbox anymore.

I don't have a publishing error but I can't upload an image on Printify from My Device in the start creating page for a product? can you help me? I'm using Chrome and have cleared cookies and cache...

I'm new to both printify and shopify and I connected my ptintify account with shopify and i couldn't publish any of my products at first either and then i disconnected the store from printify and reconnected and it worked. I created a custom domain before connecting the two stores together so may be that might've glitched out the connection link and the issues was printify couldn't find my store to upload.

im having an issue where everytime i go to edit a listing and save it, it makes a duplicate listing in my etsy store. Ive had to delete a listing that has had traffic and orders with a new listing of the same product i have no idea how to fix this issue?

My problem is that it published but when I go to view my store it says this isn’t available

its even more simpler than this!! I had the same issue. To fix it, just set the product to 'hidden in store' within Printify and click Publish. The product now displays as 'HIDDEN'. Ok,.....now just go back into it and undo it. - Uncheck 'hidden in store' and click Publish. Your product is now Published! :) You dont need to leave Printify - Hope this helps people out
