I work with dozens of brilliant glass colors to create the visual treats in my fused glass pieces. I often mix and blend the glass fragments to come up with a new color! I work closely with cleints and designers to develop the perfect pallet for their art.

Scoring the glass to cut pieces from big flat sheets is challenging. Glass has it's stubborn attributes! (like us). But that challenge also makes it appealing.

I chose this medium because it is exciting and beautiful. It allows me to make compositions that are abstract, literal, or based on nature themes. I create wall sculptures, bowls, platters, light sconces, chandeliers, and table top sculptures. Glass sparkles and is magical like no other medium!

What is fused glass and how does it differ from blown glass? Fused glass results in dramatic, artistic art expressions, from the manipulation of cold glass shapes and layering.
