Personally, I don't give a shit who they hire as long as they come here to win. We need someone who is 80% asshole and 100% coach. You've got to make a player and make a team.
I had a flat tire on the way to work today, I blame Neal brown. I have to pay child support for my adopted son, I blame Neal Brown.

I used to not listen to eer to ear podcast… but now that I do my relationship with my wife and daughter is better. I got a better job and dropped 20 pounds.

You guys do keep me entertained every Monday before work. Couple dudes playing poker drinking a few talking spots.what it reminds me of. Basketball has been a fresh start from the Neal Brown debate this season.
indeed it has. the neal brown stuff has been dominating and something you cant ignore, but its nice to moving in to basketball and some optimism.

I don't think we're getting a very good investment on $4m a year. not in the slightest!
If we are going to be mediocre, why not drop to a level we can compete at. Look at all the attention Army and Navy are getting.
So you are saying let’s just be the best at meritocracy? If you drop down a level talent level here even declines more. It’s hard enough to get the recruits that we do get now.

@ I hear ya but that small pond you want to go to doesn’t pay much so that big fish eats a lot less. The whole situation is messy.

@@machinegunjackmcgurn804 coaches salaries = 1 million a win in major programs . Teams that win 8-9 etc year in and out are paying that 7,8,9 million a year to get those wins. Brown 4 million is winning 6-9 the last few going bowling 2 and 1 in bowls out of 5 years.. I don’t like it either but WVU just is not going to pay for 8-9 wins on avg. If any coach comes here for 4-5 million and wins 8-9 on average someone will pay him 6-7 million we won’t match and he leaves for more money.
I really dont have much to say other than i cant wait for BB season. Football is like watching a train wreck

Let's hope during this time off, Brown really takes time to re-evaluate what is going on with this program and get it back on track. If not, this is going to be a long season and financially, it is going to be a major hit to the town.
it kinda already has caused some financial issues. there were quite a chunk of people that called and removed donations from the CRT after the pitt loss.
Another good show , happy we got the win . Injuries are pileing up this off week couldnt come at a better time. The D scares the crap out me lol Lets hope that this off week there can be some tweeks and be just a little better.
hoping for some recovery and tweaks to the defense.....cause ollie gordon and bowman are going to be looking to get back on track.

Anything less with 8 wins while bringing all the players we wanted to back, is just a step back, and we cant afford that in the current landscape of NIL, Transfers, etc.

I like that you guys can give it straight foward but not be haters , i like how you two can have different opinions and you both Listen to each . We need MAJOR work on both our offense as well as our defense. That is truly the make or break in every game we've played thus far.
Absolutely. The defense needs far more work in my opinion, we give receivers far too much room to play with.
