Does the example in this video includes the hygienist salary and collection ? Or is that a separate calculation ?
It does include hygiene - yes. Both salary and collections. Great question!
In your book, obtaining financing (step 5) comes after finding a practice (step 2). Shouldnt I try to obtaining some form of preapproval financing first from a bank ? Why if I find a practice only to find out that I was not going to qualify to buy , or that by the time I get approval somebody else bought the practice ?
Good question. And the answer is: no, not really. In the book I detail how “preapproval” isn’t a real thing with dental practice loans. Wouldn’t hurt to talk with a banker, but your ability to get a loan will be more dependent on the practice you find than your personal financial situation.
@@hanks1415 ok I see that makes sense in that case and Im getting to that part of the book now. Me and my wife are getting ready to buy something but in out area it seems competition is high, like with real state, the good ones go fast with multiple offers. we will schedule a consultation with you. thank you for the reply.
