So you cut an exterior double/king studs that I presume were load-bearing? And didn't put in a header of any kind? I would have cut the opening wider and taller to accommodate full header, sill and king studs. But "it worked" for you I suppose. Thanks for sharing the video!

Oh My God that was a load bearing double stud you removed then basically you used the drywall to hold up the AC unit but NOTHING to hold up the header for the window! This is why permits are required, JEEEZE man, you just destroyed your house. smh
