so great video, i have one simple but frustrating questions: i selected 20 countries as targeting location for my message (whatsapp) campaigin (no Europe & Japan), everything is fine, but only one issue: for the last few days, all my results came from 10 countries, there is not even 1 result come from the other 10 countries, i mean shouldn't results come from all 20 countries? or facebook needs to take time to cover all 20 countries slowly? thank you

i had some trouble with my location targeting before this. i set my targeted location for a 20 mile radius around my local biz. but the responses i got were mostly from people from not even in the set location. some were even from people in different countries. i was quite frustrated but i managed to fix it by changing my location setting to "people who live in" rather than "everyone in" the location. another article i read on that: goo.gl/MVbYrh . this way iwas certain to only target people in the location rather than everyone in it including travelers and expats. i also started uploading my email list to let facebook optimize my ad. it will take some time to mature but im keen to see the results!
