Huh, now that I think about it, bowling is exactly the kind of thing that a Touhou character would be based on. And Baseball. Maybe just Sports and similar Wii Sports games. A bowling attack which separates the field into lanes, then a fast bullet staggered down each lane that sends the 'pin' bullets scattering, then the lanes disappear as there's staggered pin resetters coming down each lane to reset the pattern.

It's nice to have a fangame with some recent musics an character. I just would say that bullets and ennemis are a bit too small / far from the player. Maybe it would be nice to reduce the distance

I don't understand how there still isn't a 3D bullet-hell. I know that there might be some issue, like it's complicated to make bullet come from the back, but it would be som much more impressive. Like we see here, 2000 bullets in 3D is nothing compared to 200 bullets in 2D
