TVINNA was founded in 2019 out of a deep intention to weave the human soul, as part of nature, into music.
The untamed sound of micro- and macrocosm opened their debut "One - In The Dark" (released 2021 via ByNorse) and with it the cycle through creation, birth and the rising from water.
By clashing powerful soundscapes and ethereal vocals, TVINNA reminds us of our own roots and the deep dependance on earth.
Their 2nd act "Two - Wings Of Ember" released in 2024 via ByNorse moves on towards the next chapter of human life, dedicated to childhood, youth and the element fire.
TVINNA's gathering ignites a wonderful spark, which both creates a protective refuge in the blackness, and devours with blazing flames.
Drawn like a prophecy, sensual melodies wind up to demanding invocations, finally exploding in enlightening self-knowledge.
An ode to the young, blossoming life; an intuitive, intense oeuvre between dark-folk, ambient, mystical ethereal voices and progressive post-rock.

Saw Twinna on a smaller festival in Germany, just a few days ago ('Sternenklang') - And they simply blew minds. Mine at least, definitely. with 3 people on stage they really rocked it hard! The song writing (? / dramaturgy?) realyl grew on me, reminding me of God is an Astronaut in many (good) ways. Definitely going to loot the bandcamp page soon. <3

oha, hatte gerade das Video Arma kommentiert, nun sehe und höre ich das? 3 Monate zuvor? Dieser Song ist wesentlich besser, auch wenn hier wieder mehr Pop zu hören ist. Jedoch kann man sich hier hinein versetzen, die Musik hat Power an den richtigen Stellen und vermittelt so ein sehr schönes Bild.
Danke für dieses Video, ich hoffe, man kann meinen Kommentar übersetzen. Die Aufnahmen der Natur sind hervorragend. Der Song selbst, naja, zu sehr an Pop orientiert? Es bringt nicht rüber, was an Aufnahmen gezeigt wird, es fehlt etwas. Man hat den Eindruck etwas zu hören, was jedem gefallen muss, keine Details, keinerlei Einfluss auf das Innere in einem. Ich sage nicht der Song wäre schlecht, vom technischen her ist er wirklich gut, doch so wie jetzt gerade fehlt ihm die Seele, das Herz, die Inbrunst
