I just bought this headset a few days ago and the mic wont work, my pc only has 1 normal jack and 3 jacks with those colorful outline things, I put it into any of those jacks and only the audio comes, no mic, I dont know how to fix it since it was perfectly working the other day. pls help

guys i purchased this headphone yes the spiliteer is pain when i connect without spilittter it works completely fine with splitter you might face issue not compulosry best solution kick razer software download third part option fx sound is good for bass boosting increasing mids lows and stuff micrphone issue i used msi auidio software that came with motherboard software 4 min youtube mic has no problem . razer software can fix issues best use third party . not a hardware issue software iussue from razer

same problem here i never bought a headset and did this problem only razer one did ......

i have a g5 from 15 years and still working, then i passed through g9, g502, and 2 502 hero and all of them had button issue after a couple of years... now i will give a try with g502x but will be last logitech mouse if i will have same button issue in a couple of years. The same i had with keyboard and headphones: i have 20/25 years old g11 still working perfectly, tried to replace with newer models (do not remember the name right now) with cherry switch, and both failed after just more than 1 year (button not working anymore) headphones:still have a g35 more than 20 years old still working eprfectly and with great audio quality. Tried to replace with g93, g935 and A50, all of them have lower audio quality, failure in the components after more than 1 year, microphone that was not starting automatically anymore, so basically I had to trash them. i will replace with Verum 2 soon, never founf another headphones better than g35 basically the logitech quality is decreased year after year.

Wish I had seen this video before buying the Razer Black Shark V2 X.. PC won't read the thing. Serial number doesn't add up and the worst of all.. The static sound is horrible. Can't believed that my 1 dollar headset sounds better than this..

after 6+ years of using the G502 Hero i have upgraded to the G502 X. I got it for $47 USD and it seems to be better in every way. i like the louder switches and don't really care about RGB and adjustable weights. the scroll wheel/inf scroll feel so much better, same with all the buttons. anyways nice to see Logitech refine a already really good mouse.

It's honestly worth the price for my sake. I added all the extra lead weights (that come in an elegant little box), and my thumb fits perfectly on the side. I actually do like a bit of clicking sounds from my mice. Keyboards are better without the old clacking. In short: It's a great buy, the best one I can ever remember to have had.

I really love a loud mouse idk why but for me is so satisfying! Thank you for this review!!

Its not the headphones or splitters fault .. its the audio ports on ur device ... I have the same issue currently.... My new laptop runs this thing perfectly fine but my gaming pc which is kinda old is not , the headsets not working in it properly ... Not getting any audio output when i turn on 7.1 via the software and also mic is working trash ... But everything gets solved and i get the optimal results when i plug it into my laptop ... This confirms the headsets and splitters are oke .. problem is with my pc Also i tried with a different splitter , but no fix :(

Just bought this recently, the solution is plug it in the front of your CPU than at the MOBO inserts.

I faced same issues when using similar spliter cables , tried many settings but looks like some hardware issues as the same setup works fine on my friend’s pc. So i always use usb headphones

TEMPORARY SOLUTION: I just bought my Blackshark V2 3 days ago, with quite a few problems, I found that if you remove the USB Sound Card and use another one from Logitech (My Logitech are the G433) in the 3.5 to USB adapter, it works correctly, no more audio delays or clicks in silences. I hope this solution works for you :D __________________________________________________________________________ SOLUCION TEMPORAL: Acabo de adquirir mi Blackshark V2 hace 3 dias, con bastantes problemas, encontre que si se quita el USB Sound Card y se utiliza otra como de logitech (Mis logitech son los G433) en el adaptador de 3.5 a USB, funciona correctamente, no mas retrasos de audio o clicks en silencios. Espero que les sirva esta solucion :D
