Norwegian artist Kristian Finborud painting a plein air watercolor painting of philosopher Ludvig Wittgenstein's cabin. The building is located in the mountainside of Skjolden, near the end of Norway's longest fjord, Sognefjord. Wittgenstein himself had the cabin constructed in 1914, and produced some of his most important work here. He is regarded as one of the most influential 20th century philosophers, particularly known for highlighting the important role language has for people and society.
