See its totally about practice, first thing u have to think is what u r making then get some idea from pinterest and try to make 2d first if possible so that u can see what u will make in 3d and last is color combination. If u see some odd colors in 3d remove with new one thats it

All things are interlinked u will always need some references during modeling if u want to do it on your own then u need so much years of practice. U can start with simple bedrooms like basic color furniture and accessories . Day by day u can improve yourself. This is the only thing which works properly
