Much needed win by the U’s who have had a very poor slow start to the season. However, hopefully this 3 points win be the start of a run for the club in their hopes for survival.

A great performance from both sides both looked really strong and each had periods of dominance. Cambridge were fortunately the most clinical and so will progress to the next round.

Felt like we started looking promising in the second half. Unfortunately playing nice football doesn’t win you games and ultimately that’s what you need to do in football. In a tough league like league one nice attractive football doesn’t keep you up.
