I love your video. I'm a scrapbooker who needs step by step instructions. LOL. I watch a lot of CM videos for ideas and I'm wondering how I can get the "power hour", "project recipe" and other instructional "Recipes".

These would be great prompts to text your kids(teens, young adults to whatever age). Or do as an extended family activity with your siblings, spouses, and friends. Many years ago I got my dad, my mom, and my S-I-L to fill out first set of questions from a book about capturing similar memories starting with childhood & eventually expanding to other types of memories. Since my dad didn't share or talk too much about his childhood and his siblings rarely visited, the answers he handwrote are a priceless treasure. And include insights he never verbalized. Something about our human brains - I believe we are programmed to answer questions if given non-judgmental opportunities especially if about us, our thoughts, etc.
