I started January full of big intentions and resolutions - getting back to yoga, one-on-one time with my little ones, a fun trip to Exporail…- but then life had other plans.
Between sick days and shifting priorities, I had to let go of my perfect vision for the beginning of the year and just go with the flow.
This vlog is a mix of routines, little joys, and the reality of embracing the unexpected.

#solareclipse2024 I was lucky to witness the total solar eclipse on April 8, 2024. Funny enough, we had a big snow storm, here in Montreal, a few days before. Right in the middle of Spring.
