Meguro which was beside kiritachi was a ghost in disguise , maybe she is fallen in the Ghost trap and the ghost impersonating as meguro since she and kiritachi are like siblings . If you remember she say she saw a blue hand ghost , it was implied that the ghost has make she disappear and use Meguro persona as a real Meguro to make kiritachi believe she was still here .
