No wonder this fool is only on after midnight. Incoherent moron. Zero train of thought in his presentation. Lousy diction and baby like maturity. A vegetable would do better. Little Bennie is just plain awful. A paycheck collecting freeloader. Spare the public.. Ridiculous

If its on the inside and outside that's your hamstring insertion point. The middle is the upper part of your calf muscle. Stretching both would definitely work but make sure that when you stretch your hamstring, no matter if its standing or sitting, make sure you bring your toes and foot towards your face to help stretch that area. If you relax the foot then you've taken this muscle area out of the stretch. Hope this helps.

First, yes you got it right, he had Parkinson's. Dad passed away almost 10 months later after I initially went to SF. I went back in November. Dad passed away May 31, 2016. I don' regret going back to SF again just to take pictures. The sad thing about Dad was that when he first got diagnosed no one told me. Even my mom who's a nurse. Now being in health care I could start to see some changes like difficulty taking steps, speech, etc and it was heart breaking not being able to help. Here's two health care professionals, me and my mom, with over 60 years of medical experience together and we couldn't find a way to help him out. Dad loved singing and loved benign in the choir. That was something that he had to give up while being diagnosed with Parkinson's. And sadly enough, every time I went home for Easter, Thanksgiving, etc, I'd notice something else that took Dad's function away from him due to the disease progressing. Dad had trouble eating, talking, you name it. I think his lowest point was not being able to do something simple as answering the telephone. He'd just let it ring and listen to the voice mail. That broke my heart. A few weeks before he passed it was Mother's Day. Two years before on the same holiday Dad didn't cut up his food well when we were eating at Applebee's in Maumee, Ohio. One of the problems with Parkinson's is your inability to swallow food. Well Dad choked at the table in front of me, my mom and sister and his two grandkids in the restaurant. People nearby saw me get up to do the Heimlich on him to get the object out. Well I finally did and surprisingly, no one came to help. No one asked if he was OK, they just kept on eating and talking. I think that was embarrassing for him having that happen. Sadly enough afterwards when we got home he starting complaining of side flank pain and I feared that i broke his ribs doing the Heimlich. We two days later he went to the doctor and x-rayed his ribs and I broke two of them. A few weeks later I went back home again and before I left to drive home he said to me "Thanks for the hug". I assume meaning thanks for helping me. Sadly enough on Memorial Day 2016 Dad was losing a lot of weight and in the nursing home. I went to see him and before I left to go home his weight was really low and was weak. I was hoping for a miracle with his recovery. When me and my mom left the room I said to him are you kicking me out Dad when he said he wanted to take a nap. He said yes. I replied OK Dad you're kicking me out. That's fine. I was just kidding. When I turned to leave he stuck out his left hand and opened it and closed it fast a few times. I said, what!? He did it again. Dad, what is it? My mom said he wants your hand. So I have my left hand out to him and he squeezed it. I said I love you Dad. He replied "right back at ya". Those were the last words he spoke to me and the last words I said to him. My mom has never been an vocal I'll-tell-you-how-I-feel sort of person. But saying something simple as I love you to him made me realize if that's the last words I say to him, that will defiantly be the last words I say to my mom. Ever since Memorial Day 2016 I say I love you to my mom. My Dad passed away the next day. I feel so lucky being able to see him the day before he passed to say goodbye and not even know it at the time. Second, I think just listening to the people who want to share their lives with you is terrific. They're helping you along the way but I have to think that, in the end, they want to share with you what's going on in their lives too. Give and take, tit for tat, quid pro quo, whatever.

Your journey would be totally different than if I walked the same route. I think my depression would rear its ugly head during the trip and I would lose faith in humanity and walk the entire way without talking to a sole. But that's just me.

Jim, this has been my point about kneeling all along. You're trying to call attention to a serious issue in this country (racial injustice at the hands of the authorities) and you chose to use a method that incites and inflames a significant portion of the country. Rather than have a civil discussion, you see even greater division. If your message is being obscured by your method of delivering the message, then are you effectively communicating?

Positive news isn't popular Jim. Had you told him you were walking across the country to support Al-qida you would have been front page in bold. Bad news, hate, and division is popular because it gets ratings and makes money. Kindness and compassion are not money makers, but we've a long walk ahead and the message will find it's way too those who need to hear it.
