SummerWinterTime - Fuerteventura in December
After our long parental leave break to Dominican Republic, our next destination was Fuerteventura. We had spent some time on Tenerife last year and where wondering how Fuerteventura would now hold up - especially with regards to windy days. Spoiler: We had hoped for more wind but -nonetheless- we had a great time on Fuerteventura. And you know what they say: Even a bad day on the beach is better than a good day in office!

Wine Wind Wing - MTB and Kiting at Lake Como and Tuscany

The third trimester is the most fun they said :) That's why we went for some babymooning in September in Italy. We covered quite some kilometers ... by van, by bike, by kite. We stayed 1,5 weeks at Lake Como and another 1,5 weeks in Tuscany near the coastline always trying to chase the wind. It was amazing how diverse the Kite Spots in Italy are!

Recently I went for a spontaneous trip to El Gouna. Wind was epic I was really pushing for my first 10m jump. I ended up with 9,60 m and a major wipe out :)

A little love letter to Cabo Verde. Marc and me went for some remote office far away in the Atlantic Ocean to discover the magic of wave kiting. We had no idea what to expect but were very much blown away by the wind (quite literally), the people and the vibe over there! The Sweet Escape: Kite Surfing in Phuket

Although getting in had been quite a marathon in bureaucracy we finally managed to submit all our papers and could spent Christmas and new years in Phuket. No crowds, no queues, just sun, sand and surf. The wind was quite on the light side but that one day the wind blew with steady 20 knots... Among the top5 kite sessions we have ever had! After one year of Corona-enforced absence we finally made it back to El Gouna. As always we were in for a treat. Trusty winds, crystal-clear water and a super-relaxed vibe.
